It’s important to know the proper way to take care of your hair to keep it healthy. 

Here, we have some tips to help you achieve happy, healthy hair. 

  • Avoid excessive heat styling, such as using flat irons or curling irons, as it can cause damage and breakage. If you do use heat, apply a heat protectant spray beforehand.

  • Be mindful of the products you use on your hair. Look for sulfate-free shampoos, avoid products with harsh chemicals, and choose hair care items that suit your specific needs.

  • -Hair should always be dry before bed

    -Use a hair oil daily

    -Use a heat protector

    -wash hair 1 to 2 times a week

    -Sleep with a silk pillowcase

    -Sleep with a loose braid

    -Don’t use frequent heat or high heat

  • 1.Avoid getting your lashes wet for 24 hours after getting the extensions to allow the adhesive to set properly.

    2. be gentle with your lashes, especially when cleansing your face, use oil free make up remover and avoid rubbing eyes.

    3. avoid using oil based skincare and makeup products

  • Visit your stylist every 6 to 8 weeks for regular trims to prevent spilt ends.

  • Avoid overwashing. Try not to wash your hair everyday as it can strip away natural oils. Aim for 2 to 3 times a week.

  • Eating a balanced diet with plenty of protein, vitamins, and minerals can promote healthy hair growth.

  • Sleeping with your hair wet is a big NO. Here are the reasons why

    1. Breakage - Hair is most fragile when wet. Sleeping on it in this state can lead to breakage.

    2. Fungal infections- Damp environments can be breeding grounds for fungi. If hair remains wet for too long, especially when tied up, it can create a mosit environment where fungi can thrive, and lead to scalp issues

    3. Unpleasant odor- Damp hair thats left to air dry overnight can cause an unpleasant odor due to growth of bacteria and fungi.
